Streamlabs OBS Webcam isn't adjusting

I have no idea why I am having this issue all the sudden but I restarted my saved cache and that still didn't fix it. For some reason streamlabs will not let me drag the webcam to resize or move it, and yes I have tried pressing alt and shift to move it, it does nothing. Ill attach some files below showing my issue. Thank you for your help it is much appreciated.

Streamlabs OBS [SLOBS] is a derivative version of OBS Studio, with the front-end hacksawed off and a webpage slapped over the top by the Streamlabs folks.

The streamelements plugin replaces core components of obs, and literally vomits all over your logs, making them unreadable.

You should reach out to Streamlabs <https://support.streamlabs.com/hc/en-us> for support with their forked version or other add-ons.

Also, Streamlabs' software is now called Streamlabs Desktop and is no longer called Streamlabs OBS.
