Recently i have been trying to stream on streamlabs obs at 720p 30fps at 4000 bitrate, but the bitrate has been dropping and my ping in games are pretty high aswell. I was wondering whether that if those are unreasonable settings for my interent speed? From the research that i have done it seems that those settings should be fine with my internet. If the answer to my question above is no, then is there maybe some setting that limits my bandwidth in obs? Maybe in windows?

*With my internet speed, the download is usually at around 40 mbps it was just a bit low on this test.
