Hey guys im trying to stream on streamlabs obs and im having hard time trying to get the bitrate correct. my upload speed is at 20 mbps and 138 mbps. i dont know what exactly to do at this point. ive tried everything and nothing has worked. can someone please help me. i have the gtx 1060 graphics card and the radeon r7 processor
