Streamlabs drops to 0 then back to my setting, then back to 0 then maybe 3000

I stream on YouTube; I'm wired in with my ethernet cable and I have a 10 upload speed. Not every stream but sometimes while I'm streaming my kbps will drop from 8000 to 0 and bounce back and forth between 4000 and 0 for minutes at a time. Sometimes it will stay at 0 for 5secs and longer than go back to 4000 or 2000. I have to stop my streams (But still stay live streaming on OBS) until it fixes itself and goes back to 8000. It may even happen again 5, 10min later or it maybe fine for the rest of the stream.

Any suggestions on why that happens?

Also, it doesn't matter if I stream in 8000 or start with 6000, it will eventually do the same thing. Let's say I start streaming in 8000kbps and the issue starts to happen. I can restart my stream using 6000 or 5000kbps, the issue will still happen, and it will drop from 0 to 4000, then 0 to 2000 as mentioned ahead. Sometimes I'll have to sit during streams for like 5mins until it stops bouncing back from 0 to 4000 then to 0 then to 7000.

If you are using Streamlabs as like title says then you need reach out to that support. OBS doesn't provide support for Streamlabs.

To get support using OBS you will need to post a log

I also used to think Streamlabs was some part of OBS. if you look them up on Wikipedia you see they have had troubles because they used to call themselves "obs". They also are shown as needing more info on their wikipedia because it is like an advert.

I looked them up earlier this week cause I wanted to do a stream at a different aspect so it would mess up my usual settings on OBS which I want to keep the same. So i needed a second streaming program. I ended up just running a 2nd (portable) instance of OBS from a new folder in my computer in a different place instead.

BTW that is a typical problem which to me sounds like your bitrate for streaming (you have set someplace in the program there's settings) is set way too high for your mediocre connection to the internet. Try 2500. If it still happens then try 1100. If it still happens then try 700. Contact your internet service provider.

Stop running your computer or wifi hotspot on battery. Don't run anything on battery. Look into possible router issues.
