Question / Help StreamLabs Alerts crash my OBS

Alerts crash my stream. when offline they are all 100% fine. the one that crashes it mostly is the cheer / bits alert. i have multiple crash log files with all the data on. some follow alerts have also crashed it. mainly bits as i just got affiliate and put bits on. and it is failing. only when live. have tried all different resolutions and FPS for alerts box but nothing seems to work. do the crash files tell you anything? Thank you.

Those are just regular logs.
Sorry. OK. Now the crash logs are uploaded. Those are all from today. What i have been doing to test is starting up a broadcast. and testing various different alerts. it seems to be worst with the bits. and the bits animations. the bits animation always freezes. and never clears itself unless i manually go in and press "refresh cache of current page."

Issue solved: I had accidentally pinned the 32 bit version of obs studio to my task bar and had used that. swapped it back to the 64 bit version. This is the resolution. Use 64 bit version of OBS.

I was doing some reading around last night and realized I had done the same thing. Can't really test until I stream today, but fingers crossed it is indeed the solution.

So I can't use the 64 bit version cause it refuses to recognize my capture card (I also have two webcams setup, and I believe I read somewhere that is an issue).

Streamed today. Alerts were still freezing/crashing, OBS crashed once as well (see logs).

I too am having the same issues but cannot run 64-bit as my capture software is not recognized by 64 bit OBS.

One other thing in having is cef-bootstrapper.exe is also crashing when bits are cheered. Could it be I just need to force an update for OBS?

Cheers,
Ben

I am currently using obs 64Bit and have had this issue. But only with Bit Donations. I just got affiliated and the first time i got a Bit donation my whole computer froze and i had to restart. so i dont have a crash report from that but i have attached my most recent Crash report. I had had a couple crashes last month but i seemed to have fixed that.
