Question / Help Streamlabs Alertbox no longer working

My Streamlabs Alertbox no longer displays in the browser source. The browser source works fine with other websites, but isn't getting the alerts for some reason. When I launch the alerts in a chrome window they work fine. The only thing I know for certain that changed was a Windows update, but I'm really not familiar enough to know how that could cause this issue. Any ideas?

I forgot to mention I tried downgrading to an older version tonight since I couldn’t remember if I had upgraded before my last stream that had the issue or earlier. The downgrade didn’t change the issue, I’m not sure if what I did would affect the log.
 
I made backups of my profiles and scenes and uninstalled OBS and deleted scenes/profile and everything. Reinstalled, and tested with the blank scene, added browser source and it worked. Imported my profile and my scene collection, and it doesn't work. So I added a scene and a new browser source just like I created in the blank scene collection and that doesn't work either. Alerts in my scene collection are broken for some reason. I can flip over to the "blank" scene collection and the alerts work fine despite being configured identically.
 
I've been rebuilding all my scenes in the new scene collection, about 2/3 of my scenes recreated and the alerts still work. Still not working in the old scene collection. Weird.
