Question / Help Streamlab doesn't recognise.my diamond gc 2000 capture carf

Hey guys, new to the site and new to streaming. I just purchased a diamond gc2000 capture card along with some other streaming hardware. Only problem is obs streamlab isn't recognising this capture device? Am I do g something wrong or do I have to get an elgato or blackmumba?
