Question / Help Streaming

Is there any good options for me ? I cant stream even in medium quality 60fps(In nvidia shadowplay I can stream with the best settings 60fps without drops but this program is poor)

My pc specs:

I3-4160 3.6GHz
GTX 650 Ti
8GB ram
