Question / Help Streaming with very low upload

You could probably stream 30fps 480p game boy games with that. I've streamed probably 100 hours of generation 1 Pokemon and it only used around 200kbps

You could use AAC with 48 bitrate, and add a bit of Max bitrate

what is your PC? you could try to use a slower x264preset (Faster or Fast)

Sorry for late reply, only just got back into casting. I can go down to Fast, any slower than that and I start skipping frames. To be honest, I just want to be able to play games with high motion like Fallout 3, which is what I'm playing at the moment, without it going really pixelly. Quality can be low, but as long as it's watchable, I'm happy.

Then get better internet. You're not going to stream anything at watchable quality with that upload speed.

If that were an option, I'd have done that long ago.

'Pixelly' IS low-quality. Getting more upstream is the only way to improve it, working with that little bandwidth. Your current connection is entirely insufficient for streaming. You cannot be helped until you have a better connection. You are trying to fill a city reservoir with a pipe the size of a coffee-stirrer... not even a drinking straw.

Sorry if this comes across as a bit heavy-handed, but you've already been told as much by a moderator, and one of the developers, and aren't listening. Your resources are insufficient. Any settings changes you make will make so little difference as to be meaningless.
