I was wondering if i should switch to this CPU, and if any one had any video and tests of them using it with OBS, everyone says this is a good cpu for streaming but i cant find a video anywhere of someone testing it.

Well thats not so simple. Different games and settings will perform different on that CPU.
This is an halfway OK CPU if you already had it, but getting it now - nope. You will sit on old DDR3 memory with an old socket that is useless right now.
Get a nice i7 6700K with a Z170 board and 16GB DDR4 (thats pretty much what is standart right now for a streamer) and be happy, this CPU is the fastest quadcore that you can buy with money. I use the more powerful i7 5820K and i can do whatever i want, but this will be overkill for somebody who asks questions like this.

You CAN upgrade to a FX8350 for cheap, it will give you a boost, but dont expect a huge jump in performance - will not happen.
Save some money, wait for Zen, the new AMD CPU lineup. Then a) prices will change and b) you will actually have a choice instead of taking the Intel pill (expensive, 1000$ for a plattform is fine) or AMD (old stuff that is way too slow for heavy tasks like streaming with high quality).
