Question / Help Streaming with slow upload?

I want to stream some games like CS:GO and Dota 2. I don't know much about streaming and uploadspeed, I just know that I have a very slow upload.

If it helps, I'm playing CS:GO on 1024x768 stretched resolution and a good pc.
Can someone recommend me any settings?

With such a low upload speed you really don't have any options for live streaming. There isn't enough bandwidth to get a decent looking image.
