streaming with older GPU possible?

Hi, I've been using obs for a while and I recently tried converting my old PC into a streaming pc. The main issue I ran into was using the GPU to stream because obs keeps telling me I have to update my driver. The problem here is that the GPU in question is an AMD Radeon R9 390 and while I was perfectly able to stream with it back then, I can't use it now because they no longer update the driver with the last one having been release in June 2021. Is there any way to get around this without using the CPU to stream or getting a new GPU or do I just have to accept the fact that I can't use this GPU?

You really want to move to NVidia for cards that streaming software supports best.
Bang for the buck is a GTX750 video card which can be had for $50+-, appropriate investment to
make an old PC a functional streamer. OBS will recognize it if you download the driver for it from nvidia. The non ti version has more resources for computation than the ti version and is recommended. Some of these do not need an external power supply connector, which your old PC's power supply may or may not have.
