When I try to stream CS GO (and any other game) on pretty much any downscaled resolution and not even at 60 fps my game has really low fps and the game is laggy (motion blur, choppy fps etc). With my specs I should be able to stream at 1080p 60fps. I have game capped at 165hz and I am playing in 2k resolution. My PC can easily run cs go at 300+ fps. I can't figure out why this is happening. Could it be my ssd? I am replacing it with a Samsung 960 pro soon. My CPU usage barely hits 25% when obs is turned on and streaming. I have preview disabled and cpu superfast if that's relevant.
