Question / Help Streaming with Obs, Lag/Huge ping Spike

I stream league of legends and after 30minutes - 1hour, my ping suddenly rises to 600 automatically.
Even when I lower the bitrate to something as low as 1200, my ping is still 600.

I seen some advice where someone says changing the facecam feature to a global source and adding it in may lower the spike but it didn't work

Can someone please help me? literally i run with 30ms without streaming but it's only when i turn on obs (using twitch) and im from england.

Ping in-game? If so, have you tried "minimize network impact" in broadcast settings? It's designed specifically to lower ping for games and such while streaming (though at the cost of more TCP acknowledgements, which for most people is no big deal, but can be bad if you have a distant or unstable connection)
