Streaming with NVENC HEVC setting

I am using Windows 10 with Geforce RTX 3070, latest driver.
I would like to use HEVC codec for live streaming, but I don't see it as output streaming options.
However, I do see nvenc hevc from the output recording options.
Is this normal? or I have some preriquisite for using nvenc hevc for live streaming?

The streaming service has to support streaming via HLS. The common RTMP/RTMPS doesn't support hevc.

I didn't think about my steam target, once I change my service as "custom", I could see nvenc hevc option!

If you're trying to stream to twitch, using HEVC as your streaming encoder will NOT work.

As for OBS, at the time of writing, the only streaming provider that offers HLS (thus offering hevc) is Youtube.
