If you really need an easy way to setup this there's a program called dfx audio enhancer (it's not free it might popup a message suggesting that you buy. just leave the message and ignore it )
basically what you wanna do is close everything before you install it then run TS and make sure to select your real playback as the output device (not default not dfx). that's it.
