Question / Help Streaming with i3

I saw someone streaming Dota 2 in twitch.tv with these specs Intel i3-2120 @3.30GHz CPU, 6gb RAM, Radeon 7850 vid card and still manage to stream Dota 2 at 45+ fps at 720p so probably im also going to get that kind of specs and i will increase the ram to 8gb. but the problem is i can't afford the radeon 7850 video card i will only buy an radeon 7770 dc and i search that those 2 cards has big difference at all so if i stream Dota 2 at low-medium settings at 720p/480p will i get the same fps? btw my resolution is 1366x768

You might wanna save up for a i5 3470 since intel will be releasing new processors soon and prices might go down a little.

As for the gpu's i don't think it matters too much for the low and medium settings of that game even while utilizing game capture which acquire some gpu power.

So even if i dont have a gpu card like 7850 and i have a cpu like i3 3220 i can stream dota 2 with 40+ fps?
