Question / Help Streaming with facecam while recording just gamplay at the same time

Pretty much I'm trying to stream with my scenes and everything on top of the game, but also want to be recording the base gameplay with none of my mic audio, facecam, filters, etc.

Is there anyone to do this on OBS Studio 18?

Can be done with every OBS by starting a second OBS with the commandline, though I do not know the exact line to write.
