Ok, so I came to obs because I heard that it is better than xsplit for streaming and it's completely free so I downloaded it and had a problem streaming, firstly my computer doesn't have a graphics card and I was told that you needed one to stream and my cpu isn't too good here is screenshots of error messages and cpu

So I was wondering could I buy a graphics card and stream or would I have to buy a graphics card and processor to stream (720HD quality)

a Q6600 is pretty dated now, and will struggle to stream anything while playing games. You might get away with games older than 2007-2008 but any newer than that, and your machine is going to be crippled and games wont be playable while streaming.

Idealy you need a completely new system. New motherboard/cpu/ram and most importantly, a graphics card. To be able to stream recent games, you're going to need to spend between $500 and $700.

You could look for a nvidia 750ti, it's a pretty good and affordable graphics card. If you can get one you could also use nvenc to stream instead x264. That way your graphics card would take care of all the video encoding. You'll need a reasonable upload speed in order to do that though.

I would look for like...a cheap 460/560/660. Scrounge around and you can probably find one of those for insanely cheap.
