Question / Help Streaming with Elgato? (Delaying Audio/Webcam)

I'm getting an Elgato game capture to stream xbox games.
I'm new to OBS and was wondering first off, is the Elgato supported?
Also, is there anyway I can delay the Mic Audio and Webcam video in OBS since the Elgato has about a 3 second delay?

currently you can't delay parts of the capture like cam or audio. But it's an interesting request.
