Question / Help Streaming with a slow connection

Hello guys,
I know its probably asked dozens of time before but I had to ask.

I really want to stream and I've a potential audience to stream to. However my internet speed is not satisfying and its not quite possible for me to change it for a long time

There's my speed :

In modem interface it says : ADSL WAN Up 8188/796 kbps

Is there way for me to make a decent stream with these values?

not really ... the result would be horrible and you probably would also run into a lot ping problems.

pretty much getting a better connection or give up streaming :(

you could obviously try something like 25fps 360p or 480p

and depending on your cpu going with a pretty slow preset like medium

then again you have to set audio bitrate to its lowest (48bit) and the video bitrate to around 350 and see how it goes pingwise if you can increase bitrate a bit or not but im pretty sure the result will still be pretty bad depending on what game you play obviouslly
