Question / Help Streaming with 2 pc set up and getting XLR mic and sound to work

2PCStreaming.PNG

Will the above setup work? my aim is to basically game on one PC while streaming the game on another PC to twitch using the AVerMedia Live Gamer HD.

I use headphones connected to a sound card for gaming, would setting the nVidia audio device as listen output send the game sound to my streaming PC over the HDMI cable from my graphics card to the AVerMedia capture card?

Also will the streaming PC be able to pick up my microphone sound from the XLR microphone through the 3.5mm stereo cord coming from my audio interface?

Hope you guys can clarify this for me as I need to know how to set this up correctly. Thanks

To get gameplay audio on the streaming PC, open the equivalent of your Stereo mix in your recording devices, go to Properties > Listen tab, and select your nVidia audio device as your Listen output. That will send your computer audio over the HDMI cable to the streaming PC.

Do I do this on the streaming computer? If so what HDMI cable will the audio be sent over the one going from my graphics card to the AVermedia live gamer HD? sorry if that's a stupid question.
