So I love to stream but my internet lately has had random packet loss so when this happens my stream gets disconnected for a bit then comes back online. Is their any way to avoid the disconnects with packet loss? My isp thinks 1% packet loss is just fine and average and won't be fixing the issue and they suggested I stream using UDP?

Any amount of packet loss is most definitely not fine. RTMP uses TCP so it's quite sensitive to packet loss, unfortunately there isn't much you can do other than try to convince your ISP to fix your line.

Ugh, I have tried and tried. Here is their official response to it.

"All of your signals are reporting in range and I show overall packet loss is under 1%. In the past week you have used a large amount of data as well. We do understand your frustration with this packet loss issue and I do understand gaming with packet loss is not ideal. Area management will continue working in the area to improve the quality of service. Unfortunately at this point the services you're currently receiving are the services we will be able to provide going forward. We certainly don't want you to cancel services however if the service level you're receiving is not acceptable or you're not satisfied it may be best to look into other options as you have mentioned in previous posts. As for this particular issue, we really have exhausted all of our options. If you have any other questions or issues, please feel free to let me know."
