Question / Help Streaming Wii U with ElGato, stuttering issues

Alright so, I've been using my ElGato (not HD60, the original version) to stream PS4 and N64 games pretty fine so far. Last night, I went ahead and assumed my Wii U would be fine as well (since I can stream/record PS4 juuuust fine with my current settings). However, for some reason, the Wii U (when I stream) stutters and over time causes my mic audio to be completely desynced from the game. And this isn't the normal 2 second delay that I currently address in my mic settings by delaying my mic at the recommended amount. The video feed in OBS stutters periodically, sometimes freezes up and then skips ahead to catch up.

I have tried lowering my encoding settings (except the quality but I don't think the quality setting matters when I set my bitrate and everything). Additionally, when it stutters it does not give me the High Encoding Warning. It only did a few times last night (again, Wii U only).

Here are the log files from last night and this afternoon (when I was trying to troubleshoot the problem).

Last night's log: https://www.mediafire.com/?6pd08nhf3f82h5k

Now I did get a few High Encoding Warnings last night so that might show in the log but otherwise when this happens it doesn't show that warning so that's why I'm very confused as to what's going wrong. Especially because, like I said, when I stream PS4 with these same settings it doesn't happen whatsoever.

Just so you know... my computer specs are

I'm running an AMD Radeon HD 7550M/7650M graphics card
8 GB RAM
Intel Core i3-2370M CPU @ 2.40 GHz 2.40 GHz (duel core I believe?)
and 64-bit operating system

This is also my laptop and I know it is not top of the line by any means but it works just fine with streaming PS4 and N64 but not Wii U. Any help in trying to fix this would be appreciated. It's not entirely crucial to me to have this fixed as I will rarely stream the Wii U but it would be nice to have it where if I did want to then I could with no issues.

Edit: I've attached the log from earlier today instead of using mediafire.

For the record, I did try OBS Studio with (roughly) the same settings as what I used above and I still had the same issue with the Wii U.

Here you go. One from when I was testing it and one from before I closed OBS Studio (just in case the settings differed since I was testing it at the time and trying different things).

It's hard to tell for sure, but it looks like your laptop is just too weak to use that capture card and stream at the same time. The difference being that the capture card is running at a higher resolution for the WiiU than it would be for the older consoles.

That's weird because like I said, I can stream my PS4 just fine and that's an HD console. :/ (In fact I just got done streaming it and over the course of 2 hours it didn't do what it does with the Wii U).
