Question / Help Streaming while receiving a stream from elsewhere

There's probably an easier to understand topic title for this, but basically I want to know;
" Is there a way to have a friend use OBS to stream to my PC, and have it appear in my OBS as a video input, so I can re-stream it out?"

I know Wirecast has Presenter, and does something to this effect. However I could never get it to work in the trial.

Currently you have to use nginx to receive a stream from your friend, but this can be re-streamed then or added to a Picture in Picture stream using OBS.

An easier solution would be a capture PC that captures your 2 monitors, but this of course only works if you at least live in the same house.
