Bug Report Streaming Was Fine A Week Ago, Now Constantly Drops To 0kbp/s UP

Hi, last week and before streaming was fine, I streamed at 3000kbps with the bitrate set at the same and I did not drop any frames at all. I haven't streamed for a little bit since I bought a new ssd for my main drive and then installed everything again, well my core stuff such as up to date chipset, audio and network drivers. I had these drivers in my last installation of windows and I do not think I can get older network drivers of my motherboard to test if that is the issue.

Anyway, my issue is that now when I try streaming on 3000kbps like I did before, even 2000kbps after about 5 seconds, the UP speed starts going red and then dropping to 0, to 700, to 0 again and dropping like 80-90% of frames!? I don't know what has caused this, nothing has changed with my ISP as far as I know, using testmy.net and speedtest.net I still get the same 50 Down and 5 Up speed... I am fairly certain my OBS settings are the exact same as what I used before. I am just so confused, any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I had my Gaming 4 Good alert box on in one log, looked like it may have been causing issues so got rid of it and it fixed nothing by the looks of it, I'll give a few logs^^

Okay so with that test I got questionably low bandwidth results for everything, most importantly the EU servers. I live close to London and used to use that one.

Okay, thanks for the help, I figured it out! My motherboard company included a program called LAN Optimiser with my Networking drivers... This programs however seems to have done the opposite of optimising my network and totally been fucking over my UP speed when trying to stream etc for whatever reason, anyway, back to normal now^^ With these speeds I'm assuming it is okay for me to stream at 3500kbps instead of 3000kbps right? Thank you!

It's roughly equal to a road that eats any car that travels on it before the car can arrive at the first leg of its journey.

You need to pester your internet provider in order to get this fixed.
