Just a bit of a small issue I'm having with the software. My framerate is great, but the streaming video, itself, seems to be freezing at random. If anyone could help me with this, it would be great.
My processor is an i5-3470 3.20 GHz, my video card is a Gigabyte Geforce GTX 670, and I'm running on Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit.
This video is one I took while doing a quick test run in Portal 2; I've got a 1080p monitor and am using a resolution downscale of 1.50 to put it at 720, thinking it would help. Clearly, it did not.
