Streaming video begins strong, then throttles down to nothing

That's the log I just now captured.

Our church isn't doing anything ambitious--just some cameras coming in through a video card and a soundboard coming in through a 3.5mm connection. Our output is usually Facebook Live. We use OBS to get video out to shutins and other folks who can't make it on Sunday mornings.

Here's the scenario: on 4 February, I came in to teach and stream Sunday School, and the sound had been turned off. I dove into the menus to turn it back on and eventually found the setting to re-activate the incoming 3.5mm connection.

However, when I did get the stream going again, it would run at full speed for about four seconds, then throttle down to dropping 95% to 98% of frames. It had never done that before.

I've tried restarting everything, turning off the Windows 10 setting that the OBS analyzer recommended, and no dice. I also tried running the stream to YouTube Live, and the same throttle happens.

I'm not awesome with tech, so if someone could have a look to see if there are obvious, "You shouldn't have activated that setting" answers to this, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Small update: I ran the OBS analyzer again and ended task on Killer NIC. Now the dropped frames are down to 0%, but the Aux In 3.5mm line won't talk to OBS again. When I go to the Audio Settings menu it reads "Can't detect," and when I switch that to Default, it still won't pick up the input from the sound board.

Sorry for the novice questions here, but I'm definitely out of my depth. (Not a full-time tech kind of dude, as I said earlier.)
