Is this possible? I'm trying to figure out how to live stream using the resources we have available and not spend hundreds on a program. I stream on twitch from time to time with OBS and I think it's great at what it does. I just want to know if there's a way of streaming direct to a cloud-based site, using Adobe media server or something like Wowza, or DaCast but using the OBS GUI to do most of the work.
Thanks for any info. Keep up the good work.

Yup, Dacast looks pretty easy actuall, thanks Suprita. The other options you mentioned will work if they can work with a normal RTMP stream and or offer either a streamkey authentication or username/password.
The username/password has to be added to the profile.ini of OBS though, so the Dacast setup looks more straight forward :)

Thanks! One small problem: I'm using the multi-platform OBS on a Mac for this particular setup. Is there a way to add the username/password with the Mac version?

Oh woops, I didn't add authentication stuff yet.. Not yet. Is it required?

I'm having same problem with Windows version. I added authentication lines to profile.ini but still no success.
Authentication is required in DaCast.
Any ideas?

Not entirely sure. Unfortunately we don't link with SSL so if it requires encryption it may not work out. Not entirely sure if it does require it however.
