Hello everyone. I started streaming about 4-5 months ago using my old PC to do the encoding and run the stream while my gaming PC was used to just game on. I didn't stream for a few months and got back into it again recently. Since coming back, my streams have been very laggy and pretty unwatchable.
I've done a stream test there and ran MSI afterburner in the background of my streaming PC to monitor CPU, RAM and GPU usage. To my surprise, all the usage statistics are really low, my CPU is only using about 20% and I'm using about 2GB of my 8GB RAM. This is leading me to believe that it's rather a network issue or a OBS settings issue. To help with my problem, I've screenshotted all my settings so you can clearly see how I've got it set up.

I've had a mess around with the settings too, changing it to 30FPS doesn't help. One thing I have noticed is that the 'preview' on OBS is very laggy, even when I'm not in a game. Not sure if that helps with anything.
I'm not massively experienced with OBS/NDI so any help would be massively appreciated. I'll add a TL:DR too, haha.
TL;DR Stream over NDI is laggy. CPU isn't maxed out, take a look at my settings pls.
