I've now settled on trying to use OBS to do this because I've not been able to get anything to work. I have a Live RTSP Camera setup in OBS and I need to stream it to YouTube with the following conditions.
1 - Stream Live until 11:55pm everyday.
2 - Stop for 5 Minutes and then restart the stream again.
3 - Now Stream Live until 11:55am everyday.
4 - Stop for 5 Minutes and then restart the stream again.
5 - Rinse and Repeat.
I believe that Advanced Scene Switcher will do this however after two weeks of trying to get MediaMTX, MistServer, Go2RTC, etc. to do this I have given up. If someone could give me exact instructions on how to do this then I can possibly make it to 64 with hair on my head.
