Streaming to YouTube Causing In-Game Network lag

This is weird. I have been streaming on twitch for 5+ years now and wanted to take this month and only stream on YouTube. However, I have found that I am getting network problems while streaming and gaming. What I mean is that only in-game I am experiencing the network lag, stream I have 0 dropped frames from the network. I have tried just about everything, even streaming with a laptop and a capture card but still in-game experience network lag. I end stream and it's fixed. So tried streaming back on Twitch and do not have any network lag whatsoever while in-game, I can stream at a full 1080 at 60fpd and not lag and everything look smooth and is fine. Tried all sorts of configurations with both single and dual PC setups.
I live alone and when I game/stream nothing else is connected to the network to cause interference.

The only thing I haven't tried is a custom stream with creating an RTMPS stream to YouTube, currently logged in and using the Create a broadcast function inside OBS.

Has anyone else experienced this with trying to stream to YouTube? I am really stumped.

My specs:
Intel i9-9900k OC to 5.2 gHz
2 1080ti OC
32 gb Ram 3200mhz
TP-Link 5GB Network card and hard-wired directly to the internet.
