Question / Help Streaming to YouTube 2013

I usually stream to twitch even though my fan base is larger on youtube... My youtube account was granted streaming capabilities, but the newest OBS doesn't allow me to enter stream server urls or my channel url for the stream... anyone know how to work the new YouTube stream setup?

Er, you can't?

Oh, that guide is a bit out of date. The YouTube dropdown setting should still work. Is it not working?
