Question / Help Streaming to Twitch worked and now it doesnt

Not sure what logs i need to post here, first time user of the forums. Yesterday my twitch stream ran fine and tonight when i try to stream it is constantly buffering. It works for about 15 seconds tops, then buffers for a while and then works then buffers and so on. Nothing has changed since yesterday and i have no idea what to do
