Streaming to Firefox with an IP Address stream?

Hi, I remember being able to do this.:

Laptop OBS Studio full screen captured > stream to IP Address
Firefox app on my TV Screen > IP Address > Stream from my PC

Is there any tutorial that walks you through the steps? I remember distinctly typing in an IP address onto Firefox and it worked.
