Live streaming to Facebook and the Indicator in the the Corner went from green to Red and down from 6000 k to 0kb and never recovered. everything is hardwired and the internet connection never went down. I have 1000 down and 41 up... I never passed 10 up.. Not really sure what happened
TIA

unrelated to your request, but please read up on why not to record to MP4 (except for experts that wouldn't ask the question you posted)

I recommend looking at your log and scroll to the bottom. You clearly have a network problem.
wired is good. but that isn't a guarantee of what is happening with other devices on your LAN or other apps on your PC itself (consuming upload bandwidth), your router/modem, or your ISP connection itself

Internet circuit Speedtests are highly optimistic and best case, burst traffic measurements. For streaming you are looking for upload bandwidth consistency (especially never dropping below certain thresholds), jitter and lag measurements. In some parts of the world, and some ISPs, throttle or otherwise poorly route/handle streaming traffic. If you have a solid ISP, not known for such issues, then real-time network monitoring may be required to see if there is traffic you weren't expecting that is contending/conflicting with your stream
