I'm using a frame grabber to capture the video signal from my satellite receiver and stream/broadcast it to Android clients in the local network via VLC.
That works more or less, but now my question: can I do the same with OBS, without a complicate server setup?
I've tried the "udp solution" via ffmpeg, but that caused distorted videos, green squares, etc. on the clients.
