Streaming the video which is captured and processed to the server

Hi All,
I am new to OBS. I know how to use OBS software to push video stream via RTMP. But I do not know how to programmingly stream the processed video to the server. I have a project, which can capture the video frame and then do some processing frame by frame. Then I need to stream the processed frame to the server.
Any suggestions are very appreciated!
