Question / Help STREAMING STARCRAFT 2 (SCREEN FREEZE+BLACK)

Here is one example of it happening. I am on starcraft 2, and load OBS or Xsplit and it turns into a black screen.

It happens with both streaming programs so I assume something is wrong with starcraft 2. And it also doesn't happen with WoW or Dota.
