Also, I've been scouring the forums for a solution, but since Squad is a new game I haven't seen much. If anyone can point me to a solution if there is already one.

post a 5 minute log with the fixed suggestions. stream needs to be 5 minutes or more.

also dont watch your stream while you encode. just use a popoutchat

Okay so at the start it seems I had a bad connection, restarted stream and wasn't dropping frames. Here's the logs:
https://gist.github.com/801104daeccd9d7ed5bd

Stream:
http://www.twitch.tv/totalarena/v/50232358
Code:
23:33:23: RTMPPublisher::SocketLoop: Stalled for 2048 ms to write 383405 bytes (buffer: 0 / 387072), unstable connection?

your connection is stalling. http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/tech-support/478845-twitchtest-twitch-bandwidth-tester
Run this tool for your region and post a screenshot of the results. Also, I doubt you need "set audio timestamps to video" anymore now that you have enough scene buffering.

Like i mentioned, when i first started to stream I had a bad connection, resolved and restarted the stream. The logs take an entire session.

Here's the results of the twitch bandwidth tester:

Run the long test, those results are good for what I see. Also that last log seemed good as well. I cant watch the video from here though

I actually re-ran the test and US East: Miami, FL, was the same as Ashburn, but with a lower ping.

I tend to go with the ingest with the highest quality. ping really doesn't matter when you stream. I mean, very little difference betweeen 23ms and 70ms...

Okay, I'll switch it up, the quality doesn't seem to be improving though.

any other suggestions on this? Game still streams terrible... is this maybe because Twitch is throttling me?

no, your game has a lot of ground textures like grass and sand, this is difficult to stream. my best advise is to sacrifice either quality or fps. best bet is to drop the fps to 30 and drop another preset or two. med preset if you can will look great.
