Question / Help streaming specification

I want to start streaming but can i stream on a pc of this specs - gpu - gt710 2gb
cpu - intel i5 6402p 2.80ghz
ram - 8 gb
version - windows 10 pro
internet - 50 mbps speed

Please tell

Depends on too many factors to be able to say.

Best bet is to install the latest version, run the Auto-Configuration wizard from the Tools menu, and test.

Also if you'll be streaming to Twitch, use TwitchTest to determine the best ingest server to use.

what streaming actually depends on like internet or gpu or what

Internet, GPU, CPU. It depends on all of them. Which one is most crucial depends on what content you'll be streaming.

Run the Auto-Configuration Wizard. It will ask you a couple of simple questions about how you intend to use OBS, and test your internet connection.
