Question / Help Streaming Sims 4 on Windows 10 (64-bit) results in black screen; works fine after refreshing source

When I load up OBS and The Sims 4, and either preview the stream or start streaming, all I get is a black screen. If I open the properties of the source and hit refresh, and then OK, OBS picks it up and starts showing it. If I close OBS and reopen it, I get a "Cannot find window" message at the bottom left and have the same symptoms. This affects having the source as a Game capture, and a Window capture

When I first noticed this issue, I view the log file and it stated there was a hook conflict with both Origin and Razer Synapse. I have since fixed both of those issues, and the only thing mentioned in the log file now is that I'm using an older version (which I believe is a bug in the version checker, and both the latest and the one I'm using are v0.656b), and that I'm using wireless.

Attached is the latest log. I would be happy to upload a previous log that mentioned an error, or a new log following specific debugging steps.
