streaming setting help?

Hey my computer specs is
I5-4460
ram- 6gb
gpu- rx570
i need to find best setting for streaming

Run the Auto-configuration Wizard (tools menu) and apply the settings it gives. Restart OBS (yes, do restart it).
Now test. Done.

i tried that but its not that effective

Well, 6 GB of RAM is too little. You need at least 16 GB just to start.
The Wizard is effective. It tells you the most you can get with your hardware without any issues.

Even with 16GB or RAM, a 4th gen intel is 11+ generations old, 4 generations too old for Win11 and Win10 free support ends in Oct of this year. And you are trygin to do computationally intensive real-time video encoding.

Numerous other threads on equivalent ancient hardware (great for many things, real-time video NOT being one of them)
Can it be done? with expert level knowledge and tweaks at Operating System and OBS Studio level... maybe. depends on specifics, expectations, and background workloads..
