Streaming Service List update keep failing.

Hi guys. I am getting an error with OBS, and no idea what to do.

Any idea how to fix this please?

edit: Latest OBS. Tried both 32 and 64bit version still same, tried deleting that file and i got another error."Update failed, invalid patch manifest"

windows 7 64bit same issue
antivirus deactivated, and only using windows firewall.
