Streaming screen to PC

Good afternoon! I'm a complete newbie trying to learn from the ground up. I have my PC and my iPad paired successfully. How do I play a game on the iPad, have it stream to my PC monitor so I can record using OBS? My iPad will not pull up the PC for mirroring.

I have gotten the mirroring done but two problems. OBS will not give me an option to change the audio settings from PC to my headphones and the screen has black sides on it. How do I get a full screen mirror?
