I was wondering if anyone can help me and say if this is at all possible first?

Im trying to set something up for personal use that will never go to the internet but what i require is: i have 3 screens i want to record 3 parts of screen one and one part of screen 2 (thats the easy part and i got that working already) now is it possible at the same time to stream the part im recording on screen 2 to a special IP address or something of the sorts (another PC) but only that part and not the 3 parts of screen one that im recording at the same time?

i know this might be a weird question but any help would be greatly appreciated.

OBS Studio isn't able to output different scenes at the same time. It's always generating only one output video stream (that can be recorded or streamed). If you need different output compositions, you need to run multiple instances of OBS.

You could install the NDI plugin and add a dedicated filter to a specific scene that would produce a constant video feed on your network of that scene, but you'd then need another instance of OBS or some other program to separately record that feed.
