Question / Help Streaming randomly goes black.

Hello everyone, I am having a bit of an issue. I am in charge of a 24/7 bird stream and I just built a new streaming computer for it.

Computer specs:

GPU: Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1050 2GB GDDR5 128 Bit PCI-E Graphic Card (GV-N1050D5-2GD)

MB: MSI Pro Series Intel B250 LGA 1151 DDR4 USB 3.1 micro-ATX Motherboard (B250M PRO-VD)

CPU: Intel Core i3-7100 7th Gen Core Desktop Processor 3M Cache,3.90 GHz (BX80677I37100)

RAM: Ballistix Sport LT 8GB Single DDR4 2666 MT/s (PC4-21300) DR x8 DIMM 288-Pin Memory - BLS8G4D26BFSC (White)

Memory: ADATA Premier SP600 64 GB 2.5" SATA III 6 Gb/s Read up to 550MB/s Solid State Drive (ASP600S3-64GM-C)

and a 400 watt power supply from bestbuy.

What happens is that for some reason my source goes black randomly but all I have to do to fix it is to turn it off and turn it back on. I do not have to end the stream at all. For a normal streamer this is fine, annoying but fine, but since this runs 24/7 I cant just sit and wait for it to go down every time especially at night. I was doing some research and I saw that sometimes its the audio that causes this, but even when I mute the audio it still does it.

My current log.

My last log.

If you have any other questions feel free to ask, I need to fix this fast.

I am actually having the exact same issue, and in the same context (24/7 bird stream). I have also tried muting the Audio and found no success.
I have kept a rough log of how long between each drop, and basically what I've found is that even with changing the encoding settings from Ultrafast down to fast, there doesn't seem to be a whole lot of difference in how long the stream lasts before I need to reset the source. FYI the source seems to go for about 5 to 10 minutes in between going black.
I've also noticed in the source settings that by turning off the 'Hide source when playback ends' setting, instead of going black, the source instead just stops and leaves the last frame on the screen. I gather from this that OBS is losing the connection, or am I reading this wrong?
I originally thought the issue may be with my camera, but the feed still works when connecting directly to the camera, but it still goes black through OBS (IE I can go directly to the IP address of the camera and see the feed still going live, but in OBS it is black).
Specs:
OS: Windows 10 pro
Processor: AMD Athlon II X4 640 processor 3.00GHz
RAM: 8GB
GPU: Nvidia Quadro K420
