I am having difficulties trying to figure how to stream the desktop and game at the same time. Say for example I am in a game and I alt-tab out of the game, so the game freezes because I have alt-tab out of the game. How do I make it so that people on the stream can that I have alt-tabbed to the desktop or something or show the desktop before I start the game?

You can just create a second scene using Monitor Capture and then set hotkeys to both of your scenes and switch back and forth.
