Question / Help Streaming PS3.

I use an HDPVR to stream my PS3 gameplay. I think I have most settings correct ( just need to nail down sound levels) however I am wondering what Resolution I should have in the video settings of OBS. I am capturing the Total Media Extreme window as thats the only way to stream gameplay with the PVR on OBS atm. I have it set to 1280 x 720 should it be higher? I play the game in 720p. I am completely new to all this streaming stuff.

Below is a link of a Call of Duty match I just streamed. How Does it look? Is it where it should be quality wise?

I think as long as everything is set to be at the same resolution/fps you shouldn't have any issues.
