Streaming problems...

When I use advanced settings in out put i get an error aboun NVENC and AMD i put the file here if anyone can help me that the problem is at my pc or at my OBS (stream elements) and i cant change some stuff :/

I know that i CAN'T use NVENC cuz my GPU is low end but my 4 core cpu work perfectly for me until now. Becuse something is forcing OBS in advanced mode to use NVENC but i dont wanna use it. However in Setting>Output>Simple (so just changing it to simple from advanced) then its seems like its not forcing it to use NVENC. So i don't know if my pc is just getting more worse or just I messed up in OBS.
